| Masterpav Silica Quartz Floor Hardener Installation Process |

STEP 1: Ready mix concrete. |

STEP 2: After the concrete has been screeded and consolidated, the surface is floated by power trowel. |

STEP 3: Dry shake the silica quartz floor hardener. The first application of the material should use about 2/3 of the total amount needed. The remainder of the specified amount of the premixed material should be distributed evenly over the surface. |

STEP 4: Thoroughly float and final trowel to get a uniform color. |

 |
STEP 5: As soon as the surface has hardened the floor should be covered with Masterpav curing compound BC30. |
