Term & Condition
  1. The services is  provided by Sutera Utama Enterprise.
  2. The customer shall order any products through:-
  3. The customer to state detail of order; type of services require and amount of order.
  4. The customer shall transfer the amount dues to the following account number

  5. For confirmation of payment transaction, the customer need to email or SMS the detail transaction as per item 2 above. This to avoid the company mistakenly given the orders to others.
  6. Only fully paid order shall be entertained for transaction.
  7. The transaction shall be email or SMS direct to the customer at the following time
    • Working days : 7pm - 8pm
    • Non working days : 12pm - 2pm
  8. Any complaint on the services provided, write an email to [email protected].
  9. Terms and conditions shall be revised from time to time.
