GCSSB which has recently been changed to Guardian Catering And Restaurants Sdn Bhd or GCARSB, is fully owned by the existing directors of Pulim Holdings Sdn Bhd, which also owns and managed the following food and beverage businesses, namely:-

Lee Foo Cheong
