Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for preparing food according to the menu and reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SRP/SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in chinese cuisine
  • Chinese candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Creative and able to produce Chinese menu
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

CHEF DE PARTIE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and efficient delivery of all food services in order to ensure customers' expectations are met
  • Execute kitchen and food service plan in order to ensure excellence in F&B is achieved as per target set
  • Plan and prepare food quality and quantity management in order to ensure resources are utilized efficiently
  • Lead and coach direct reports in food preparation and management in order to develop world class F&B staff
  • Ensure dietary, nutritional and safety standard are adhered to in order to safeguard employees' and customers' health
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback in order to enhance the food service processes and procedures according to customers' preference
  • Key Role:
    Manage the assigned shift or kitchen section in order to ensure excellence and safety in food and beverage services are delivered to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • 4-6 years experience, with minimum 2 years in similar capacity
  • Skills in patient meal management, outlet kitchen operations and multi ethnic culinary skills
  • Good Chinese/Malay/Indian culinary skills
