| Masterpav Polymer Texture Floor Installation Process |

 STEP 1: Surface Preparation
Thoroughly wash the surface and allow to dry. |

STEP 2: Priming the surface
Concrete floors of normal porosity are to be primed with Masterpav Bonding Compound. Apply the solution over the floor using a rolleror soft broom. |

STEP 3: Polymer Texture basecoat application
Mix Masterpav Polymer Floor Texture Part A and Part B with Masterpav Activator Part C.
Pour the resulting mixture when the primer is still wet and level as smooth as possible with hand trowel. |

STEP 4: Filament tape installation
After fully dry, install the filament tape according to the design required. |

STEP 5: Polymer Texture top coat application
Mix Masterpav Polymer Floor Texture Part A and Part B with Masterpav Activator Part C. |

STEP 6: Pour the resulting mixture into the hopper gun.
Apply the mixed material by spraying. |

 |
STEP 7: Remove tape when materials have dried.
Remove any loose materials before application of sealer. |

 |
STEP 8: Apply 1 to 2 coat of Masterpav SG60 Gloss Sealer or Masterpav PU Top Coat PU 600. |
