Our faucets are manufactured from brass chromed and stainless steel 304, which is known for its durability. And the thickness of the chrome is 10μm and above. Furthermore, this method of chroming will ensure that the products will last over 10 years at least.
Our products are tested with �salt water testing� method and this method will ensure that our products are quality controlled. On top of that, each and every product will go through a testing before we deliver to our dealers. Our products are also certified by organizations such as Watermark (Australia), CE Mark (Europe), T�V (Germany), PSB (Singapore) and SIRIM (Malaysia). In addition, we provide after sales service such as warranty and technical assistant. However, this is limited based on our Terms and Agreement and it only covers from water leakage to chroming defects.
