What is a PallRun® ?
PallRun® is a 100 % recyclable cartonboard pallet foot for replacing wooden or other kinds of palletrunners/pallets, wherever possible. It is a combination of compact cartonboard (U-profiles) and stabilisation elements (cores). The surface of the U-profiles is reinforced by wet strengthened kraftliner giving high protection for humidity. PallRun® needs no treatments like wood.
Standard sizes:
Height---------------100, 60 or 45 mm
Width-----------------90 mm
Length..150, 190, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm
The PallRun® can also be provided with a self-adhesive surface for easier fastening. Standard sizes are made for Medium weight and Heavy weight loads. Testing has proven that PallRun® can support up to 10000 kg of static load without failure on a normal size pallet.
Options: There are many ways to use PallRuns®. In fact they can be used wherever there is a need for modern palletisation. Its recyclability is especially important.

Who are the potential users? A major branch of end users is the food and consumer industry. Nowadays shop displays need to be 100% recyclable to enable supermarkets to recycle their transport packaging easily.
PallRuns® are also hygienic and therefore well accepted. PallRuns attached directly under a shop display can increasingly be seen in supermarkets.

Wooden pallets in transport applications and the external logistic chain are being gradually phased out due to their weight, high handling costs and need of treatment against pests and insects. PallRuns and PaperPalls are a highly viable alternative. Eltete PallRuns are the basic elements in the construction of cartonboard pallets. They can be either fixed directly on to CB-boxes or used together with CB-boards to form PaperPalls. The Paperpalls can have either two-or four-way fork-lift access and can be customised and assembled according to individual need on the premises
